Cash invested: $40,000

1 BDRM Condo, ground level entrance, in the West End near Dupont Cir. Great neighborhood, just a few blocks from Georgetown.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Bought it for my son to live when he moved there. When he bought his own place, I kept it and I rented it.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional bank loan.
