Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $2,000

we bought our first home in 2016 and recently purchased a new home and turned the 2016 home into a rental

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

researching the value of holding real estate

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

mls and bought it at retail

How did you finance this deal?

fha loan

How did you add value to the deal?

it naturally grew equity over time

What was the outcome?

we have over 100k in equity still in the house
