Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Carmel By The Sea.

Purchase price: $1,600,000
Cash invested: $950,000
Sale price: $3,280,000

I invested in a property in Carmel By The Sea, CA, that needed a significant overhaul. I bought it for $1.6M and spent $950K on the rehab. I hired a team of professionals to transform the house into a modern and luxurious home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 1,700 square feet of living space. I added features such as a fireplace, a vaulted ceiling, a skylight, a fire pit, and a fountain. I sold the property for $3.28M and made a profit of $1.05M. It was a rewarding and successful project.
