I am in the process of purchasing my second long-term rental property and am seeking the best free (or very low-cost) website for estimating rent values. This is functioning as a triple-check after I do my own analysis and consult with my agent who is an investor also and I trust - I just want something accurate even if it means paying a little for a subscription. I don’t do enough deals to justify a large fee.
