Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $480,000
Cash invested: $120,000

On market SFH located in a great area. We did a major renovation and turned it into a rental.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We were eaten alive by our hard money loan, we should have moved a lot faster right from the start with a commercial lender.
