Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $15,000

This sfd was a perfect opportunity to get back into the investment world. We purchased 3 homes at $105k ea., but have since sold 2 of them to purchase a 7 unit portfolio.
