Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $45,000
Cash invested: $45,000

Single family house in Raytown, it was a pre-foreclosure and need it minor repairs.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Research, I follow Pinnacle Investments. I found it at the right price. It has been a cash flow property from the beginning.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

What was the outcome?

Minor cosmetic repairs. I need to do a cosmetic renovation

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I should trust my instincts. The challenge for me is being away from the property, especially because the renovations need it.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Nope
