Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $259,000
Cash invested: $12,950

Secured my first rental property with just $1,500 earnest. The property was a new build scheduled to be completed 10 months later. Given the 2020/21 RE growth boom, my $1,500 appreciated about $100K by the time the property was completed. The day my wife and I dropped that check off with the builder I was hooked!
