Hey, this is my first post and I am house-hacking. It's 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 2100 sq ft. It has a pool as well. Brand new flooring throughout the house. New roof. Remodeled downstairs bathroom. I was wondering if this is a good deal. The analysis is but I am still questioning it. I was going to charge between $2000-$2200 when I moved out. Any pros and cons?
