Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $85,000
Cash invested: $30,000
Sale price: $144,500

Bought a single family house from a family member that was being used as a rental and needed a full gut rehab. Did initial renovations prior to moving in, then kept updating while living in the home. Finished updating, and decided to sell near end of 2020.
