Seller Financed BRRRR Deal LTR

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $21,675
Cash invested: $4,200

Another BRRRR deal. Seller financed the purchase and private money for the rehab. My PML and I started an LLC and decided to hold this one instead of flip it. It is now rented at $975/mo. Awaiting the appraisal (6/14) but it should appraise for around $80k.

Seller financing and Private Money. All I paid was interest and closing costs
