Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Wonderful opportunity to get in the game. Great return. Learned a ton and made great cash in a month's worth of easy management work.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I had little capital but a partner that was willing to take the risk and let me take the reins.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash and partner's heloc.

How did you add value to the deal?

Simple remodel steps for carpet, kitchen upgrades, appliances, paint, fixtures, flooring, doors and fixed deck.

What was the outcome?

Sold for decent return and learned a lot in the process
