This was my home for many years, over 20. We decided to move north a bit to upper Glendale, Az. I found a renter for my old home and kept it. I am now looking for the next right deal.
How did you finance this deal?
Started with FHA and finally decided to pay it off.
How did you add value to the deal?
Mostly just a bit of landscaping, and good paint inside and out.
