Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $205,000
Cash invested: $50,000

First time investor. Been thinking about getting into real estate but never seriously spent time on it. Found this property via a turnkey provider and it made sense. We are in the process of renting it at the moment. Fingers crossed!
