Sale price: $494,102



We embarked on a short-term rental investment venture with this property, which we successfully purchased and sold within a span of just 9 months. To manage the property while we were residing out of state, we enlisted the services of Evolve Vacation Rental. The combination of passive income generated from the rental and the advantageous sale at a premium allowed us to achieve remarkable returns that surpassed the market norm.
