Cash Deal
How did you add value to the deal?
Renovated the house completely. Got rid of all paneling on the walls and put up sheetrock. Gutted and updated the bathroom. New cabinets, floors, paint, ceiling fans, doors etc.
What was the outcome?
Went under contract after being on the market for 2 weeks.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
The only lesson I need to work on more is staying within my budget. I over did it on the cost of renovations and the market started to shift towards a buyers market which made me have to come down on price but it wasnt bad.
