Purchase price: $63,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $130,000

Purchased house from someone who had it as a rental and didnt want it anymore.

Renovated the entire house with new cabinets, floors, doors, a/c, shutters, fencing, bathroom remodels and added jacuzzi tub in master bath, dishwasher, sink....the list goes on. Updated the inside of the house as well as hiring a company to professionally paint the bricks of the house.

What was the outcome?
