Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $700,000
Cash invested: $150,000

12 unit value add in Cincinnati, all but 1 unit was occupied, we flipped the last unit and rented it, all rents are about $800/month, only 1 section8, property is very close to Cincinnati zoo and Cincinnati children's hospital
