Single Family 3/2/2, 1152 sqft, used as an Airbnb. Purchased is it December of 2022 and went live on Airbnb and VRBO February 15. Monthly cashflow is the average for March, April, and up to current date not including 3 more reservations for May.

What was the outcome?
Only been on Airbnb and VRBO for 2 1/2 months and already averaging over $3900/month.

Future efforts will rely on furnishing with items from Facebook Marketplace as well as limiting our budget for furnishing. We went a little overboard.
