Looking at Properties with Wall Units vs. Central HVAC
Hello All,
When analyzing properties, I have been skipping on ones with wall units versus AC. I understand every market is different but it can make a property look like a D quality and concerned about attracting D tenants. Versus having an HVAC system where it looks cleaner and might be more enticing to tenants.
Thoughts?
