This is my first LP investment in a Residential Assisted Living project in Ohio.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have an interest in residential assisted living as a healthcare worker and I have listened to several podcasts on RAL and it sounds like a great investment that helps people in need

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this opportunity through networking. I participated in an Apartment Mentor program and met the managing Director there. We kept in touch and eventually he told me about this program and I was interested in the project. I hope it works out for everyone.

How did you finance this deal?

I moved some money from an old IRA to a self directed IRA to make this investment

I used Equity Trust for my self directed IRA. I would not use them again
