Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $520,000
Cash invested: $105,000

Excited to finally join the BiggerPockets forum shortly after acquiring my first investment property. This is a brand new duplex located in Lehigh Acres, FL. The current strategy is a buy and hold -- so far, so good. To anyone interested in this market, I was successfully able to rent out both units within just a couple of weeks, to qualified tenants, at asking price. Feel free to message me privately if there are any additional questions.

I'm grateful to be part of this amazing BiggerPockets community, and I plan to keep going and going with my properties!
