This is a single-family home, and I am planning to put it in the Section 8 program.
I would like not only to invest in real estate but to provide people with housing.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I would like to make meaningful investments and look to contribute to the Section 8 program.
This property has a 3bd 2ba with 1,481 sqft that makes a comfortable home for a family.

How did you finance this deal?

As this is my first investment property I bought it with cash.
