Letter to owners of Vacant Property

I am an aspiring investor and there is a property near me that has been vacant for quite some time. The taxes are up to date being paid so I wanted to take a shot at writing a letter to the owners. Can you guys give me some feedback on my letter? I tried to keep it short but open to any and all suggestions

Dear First name and First name,

My name is Todd Williams and I am a resident of XX, right on XX Drive. I’ve noticed your property on XX Court and I'd be interested in buying the property if you have any interest in selling.

A bit about myself: I grew up in XX and went to high school locally and lived out of state until the past year. I currently work for a software company remotely as an Application Specialist.

If you care to discuss this matter further, I can be reached at:

*My phone number*

or

*My email address*

Sincerely,

Todd Williams
