What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
It is situated in a well-known, popular subdivision area and was built in 2021.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I was the Listing Agent for an Investor Partner and marketed this Property for him as a RENT to OWN.
How did you finance this deal?
The Investor purchased this Property in February 2021 after it was built and put it on the market for SALE, last year in September 2022. He used me as his Realtor to market his home on MLS, Zillow.com, Realtor.com, and the other Real Estate online sites.
How did you add value to the deal?
I would show the Vacant Property to Interested Buyers, and approved Showings for other Agents to show this Home to their Buyers.
What was the outcome?
After several months of being listed, a Buyer made an appointment to view this Property and she was very interested in purchasing this HOME as a Rent to OWN. 2 Days later, she was approved, after a Background Check and signed the Purchase Agreement Contract.
