Cash invested: $700,000

80,000 Sqft Industrial Warehouse

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed a place for my manufacturing business

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I built the space myself

How did you finance this deal?

traditional lending institutional loan

How did you add value to the deal?

I sold my business and entered into a long tern NNN lease

What was the outcome?

5 year lease with 2 renewal options

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Developing a site from the ground up is very challenging for a neophyte investor, but it was extremely rewarding and taught me a lot about real estate investing
