Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Randolph.

Purchase price: $350,000
Cash invested: $10

This deal was secured through seller finance with a family friend. I found a family to rent out the property to under a lease-option agreement for a year. Unfortunately, the tenant stop paying rent after 3 months and had to get evicted.
