creating a website...
I'm starting working on the content for my website and was wondering what you guys thought about it. Should I leave it all in one page or break it up into different page like about me, rent-to-own, etc.
Here are the content and thanks for your help. - Leeta
We are a full service real estate solution provider company that purchases commercial and residential real estate.
We provide a win-win real estate solution to seller, buyer and investor by tradition and creative real estate transaction. We do this with quick cash offers, and creative financing. We close fast and work hard to make sure all parties are satisfied at the end of a deal.
We work in most area that are distressed homes in desirable areas. We then carefully renovate and tastefully update them to provide affordable housing and revitalize neighborhoods. Than provide the opportunity for home ownership through creative rent-to-own financing program.
You could sell your house in 7 days or less by calling us. We will ask question then if it seem like a good fit. We will come to visit the property and take a look. Then we will make the offer of cash or creative financing.

I'd do more than one page. Also, it's not clear exactly what it is you are offering. Are you purchasing houses or ? You say you're a full service office, what do you mean? Are you a licensed broker? Do you belong to MLS? Are you looking for listings? Do you work with clients that aren't interested in your properties but others?
I'd suggest you look at some websites that offer services similar to yours, and take the parts you like; and use them in your site. Also, use spell checker when you're doing your site, it will pick up spelling and grammar mistakes.
Good luck!
