Retail commercial investment investment in Carnegie.

Purchase price: $1,400,000
Cash invested: $200,000
Sale price: $7,000,000

Brad has developed 3 multi unit projects with over 400 new construction and 100 personal owned rentals. He also has flipped over 200 homes personally.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I enjoy the project and being able to cut the land up.

I have leared alot in the negociations, but putting the deal together is the fun part that I excel in.
