Deal Analysis! Any Feedback would be much Appreciated
Hello Everyone. I just finished a full deal analysis!! It was a little difficult to finish for the simple fact I’m new to the game & still trying to fully understand the appropriate calculations, & making sure the correct percentages are properly inserted. I built up confidence to finish a full analysis and it went completely upside down .-.
Can anyone help?? I’m not sure if this deal is completely trash or I’m just not inserting something correctly. Or both… Below I will provide all the details used to make the calculations . Any feedback would be much appreciated !!
