Other buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $346,000
Cash invested: $20,000

Purchased a ranch. Land development deal in progress.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Upfront capital when deal closes.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it organically.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA rehab loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

Splitting parcel and selling raw land.

What was the outcome?

In process of splitting parcel.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Long game is less expensive upfront but time and money does eventually outweigh upfront investments.
