Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Louin.

Purchase price: $110,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $229,000

Updated interior and added a bathroom

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It seems like an easy flip

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

An agent in my office presented it to me

How did you finance this deal?

Private money

How did you add value to the deal?

Updated and repaired. Added a second bathroom

What was the outcome?

Took a bit to sell it without the added bathroom but once we added that second bathroom it's sold very quickly

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

My real estate team was the one that actually sold it after I tried to sell it on my own
