When we did our flip last year I used a few sites to get the numbers and practice deals before diving in (Propelio, et.al). Before I sign on again, what are your recommendations: 
Best websites for lead generation and property research?
Best websites for auctions, foreclosures (e.g. xome)?
Other online resources you have found to be helpful in the current climate?
