Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Upper Falls.

Purchase price: $376,000
Sale price: $425,000

Wholesale where I received a commission for finding the end buyer. 15% which I had to split with another team member. Total profit for myself $5,100

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
