Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $7,500
Cash invested: $80,000

I purchased this home after a major fire. We fully rebuilt the home and followed the proper building code to make sure this home was 100% amazing for the new owner. I then sold this home to one of my investor friends through TurnkeyInvest.com and I now manage the property with my in-house management team at FoundationPM.com.
