Purchase price: $320,000

4br 3 full bath ranch we bought with cash out refi money from another property. We kept the tenant in place. The plan is to let development in the area take place and hopefully retain the tenant for a few more years. Long term I imagine we will squash the current structure and rebuild 1 if not 2 units in its place.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are very hard to come by as most ranches only have 2 full bathrooms. I saw a lot of potential having that third full bathroom.
