Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $135,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $260,000

This property was a foreclosure + probate that had been vacant for 4 years

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Investors did not want to deal with a foreclosure in default with no probate initiated.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Driving for dollars. I found the next of kin and initiated probate
