Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,800,000
Cash invested: $660,000

Apartment complex renovation project. Renovated all units in apartment complex and turned over entire building. Property has now been refinanced and held within our partnership as a cash flowing asset near a local college.
