Townhome Rental - Great Cashflow!

Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $16,000

Townhome that needed some repairs that most buyers were scared about. Got it fixed for about 5k and now is rented and cash flowing great!
