Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $442,000

Cute little 2/1 ,1/1 house with large backyard and room to build another 2/2

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great cash flow

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am a real estate agent so my husband and I are constantly looking for a great deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

We are adding another 2/2 to the backyard
