Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $102,000
Sale price: $378,000

This was a total rehab/top to bottom. It was purchased for a great price and I had expected to net a higher return but the turn in the market caught me on this one and we didn't net quite as much as hoped. Still a great return considering the shift in the market.
