Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Tucson.

Purchase price: $1,315,000

Buy and Hold - 12 unit Multifamily

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to purchase multifamily property - the price was decent for 12 two bedroom units.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found the deal on Loopnet and negotiated a lower price from items found in due diligence.

How did you finance this deal?

Purchased cash - no financing

How did you add value to the deal?

I will add value by treating issues like mold and improving unit interiors
