I wanted to get started in real estate investing and believe this is a good starting point.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Owners approached me after they got in over their heads with renovation.

How did you finance this deal?

Owner Financing with 10% down, I assumed their current mortgage and have 5 years to pay the difference with no interest.
