Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $355,000

House hack :
- Mortgage $1930/month split 4 ways
- Bay View and on the golf course
- Holding to one day refinance and pull cash out
- No down payment

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Buy and hold property

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My dad was the Contractor who built it so instead of paying the Realtor Fee he gifted my partner and I the down payment.

As I was coming out of college I had no prior work history so I had to co sign with my roommate from college who had already been in the work force for 2 years.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional 30 year mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?
