My first purchase from my self directed IRA.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $137,000
Cash invested: $137,000
Sale price: $137,000

3/1 on .75 acres of land. Purchased through Spartan Invest.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

turnkey rental, low cost real estate, solid management company growing labor based in the area.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

through a podcast listening to the ladies that started Spartan Invest

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

What was the outcome?

Listed it for rent

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Waiting to see what lesson I've learned. Probably paying cash was silly, but I do have an asset.
