Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $38,000
Cash invested: $38,000
Sale price: $60,000

The lead source came from a Direct mail campaign. was very excited to help the seller liquidate his family's vacant house that he had inherited . This house had a massive $98,000 Medicaid lien in place that we actually negotiated with the sate . Realtors in the market also helped us prove and evaluate the as is condition to the state,that ultimately helped us get a massive price reduction and get this deal closed.
