Purchase price: $170,000
Cash invested: $136,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We bought the property under market value, did some light renovations and increased the rents

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found the deal on the MLS. Sellers were motivated.

How did you finance this deal?

Bank

How did you add value to the deal?

Added value with light renovations.

Don't make the renovations before you settle on the property :)
