What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Bought the house at the time for 2nd lowest price per square foot that the community has ever seen.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Was bought as an REO Bank Owned property.

How did you add value to the deal?

rented it for several years while prices of homes increased

What was the outcome?

selling for over $700,000

Should of sold it a year ago when the market was very hot.
