Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in North Texas.

Cash invested: $300,000

a house with a tenant

cash flow is -500 (negative)

hoping for appreciation 😕

Managed By: Property management company.

Rent was reduced 15% a few months ago because of difficulty finding a new tenant after the old one left.

I'm not the best investor. I still have a lot to learn. Luckily this isn't my day job otherwise I'd be starving.
