Hello there BP Family,

I ran the numbers for this duplex and it came up negative cash flow, I'm a newbie and newly running numbers, would someone be willing to run the numbers to see if I may be doing something wrong along the way.  I'm using the BP tools and I'm definitely running the numbers conservitivly, so appreciate any help here :)
